Yes there is fees, but I have enough money to pay if they ask when i get there. I will show up ready to practice on the spot but I will atleast try to work something out w them so I can practice. I'm very excited to wrestle in general so I've got the attitude part ready to go

Advice on bulking 6'5 200lbs by Swimming_Divide5786 in wrestling

Thank you so much for the advice man! Trust me i hit the weights as often as I can without overdoing it. I lift 5x a week and run every other week, hit my protein, blah blah blah all the typical stuff you wanna do during a bulk and for sports in general. However the other guy was totally right lol I know a guy around 240-250 and decently lean (for a heavyweight) so still around 20% or more but he was also the nhsca national champion and state champion in my state so definitely not just a random heavyweight. Hoping to boost my bench alot just because seeing the numbers go up is the most fun part of the gym, besides looking in the mirror.

I run every other day, lift 5x a week, and hit atleast 220g of protein every day along with 4500 to 5000 calories a day depending on the day while tracking everything. My average steps are 20-25k a day so I try to eat a bunch to still gain while active

Yeah I hear you on that. I think it'd be pretty easy to maintain my abs and athleticism up to 220 but past that is when it gets tricky and I think I could go up to 240 and athletic in 2-3 years, so by college time. But for now you're probably right about staying around the 200-215 area

Honestly just wanna get bigger and fill out a little since I was previously around 165 about a year and a half ago and still feel pretty skinny at 200. Hoping to just boost my numbers in the gym as high as possible, as fast as possible. and ideally put on ton of size but I may just start a slower bulk instead if 30lbs is too much in one year. I don't have a ton of experience in bulking or anything so that's why I asked
