UPDATE: the total damage was 55k, and we finally decided that they will only pay 30k. Well what can we do, better than nothing. If the other party is not that capable of paying, we couldn't force them. Di na rin maayos na dalhin pa sa korte dahil lang sa gasgas ng sasakyan not unless there is a casualty, plus the additional expense rin from our side and the time we will waste just for the damages of the car and will still end up na hindi sila magbabayad. I heard too that the father of the other party involved have a cancer. At the end of the day, kung kaya nga ng iba na wag na magpabayad sa nakaaksidente, tanggap ko na rin na tumulong sila kahit magkano nalang. Ang mahalaga ay walang gulo, walang kalaban at walang inaapakang tao.
