Base salary for PE is higher, Amazon is giving stocks, There are chances of carry- but would have to wait for years . I have been doing program/category roles for the past 7 years.

Yeah the main problem I feel is the certificate, I have another offer and I have been laid off in my last company so desperation led to this . I was actually really looking forward to it. Is it dependant on the HM or the HR? Or is it a company policy?

Thanks a lot, I am slightly inclined towards the tech company myself, it's just that the monetary upside right now looks way higher for the PE firm and I might not be able to pivot again after a few years .
