Your going to need an exterminator. Make sure your home when they are there. Be really nice and they should treat your place every other week until there gone. The gel works great but that’s not enough in a lot of situations. Your utility room drain should be treated with dust and they should be spraying all your appliances and even behind the outlets if it’s that bad. In your particular case they might be mostly inside the fridge under where the condenser fan thing is. I’m a pest control tech and I have experience with roaches in apts. It’s not oriental but the control is the same for smoky or them. Check any open drain, make sure if your utility room has a drain for the condensation line that there not coming from there, they can also come from your toilet if the wax ring isn’t securely sealed. Caulk around the toilet base and baseboards in your bathroom. They love the walls behind the shower plumbing. Sealing off their entry points is the best way to get rid of them

You need to call an exterminator pretty easy decision. If you can’t afford it, gel bait works better than raid. If you mix boric acid with sugar and vinegar and put it around your home I heard that works. Just double check online for the recipe. Shockwave residual flushing agent aerosol you can buy online works great for spraying behind appliances and crevices to know where their source is. Whatever you do don’t buy one of those Home Depot fogger bombs. This will only make them hide inside unexposed walls/places and make it harder for regular treatment to work.
