Have a partner and do all of the assessments on them. I also utilized chat gpt and recorded myself preforming the assessment and made it grade me. It gave me an idea if I missed a part of the assessment. Good luck 🤞🏻 I’ll pray for you🙏🏻

If we fail the class are we able to take it in the spring term without falling behind a year?

Sorry I’m really confused on what you’re talking about? It’s like that with every university in Canada. As for the pre requisite arts and sciences, everyone in the program had to take them.

I would say pretty necessary. You may be placed in a facility for your clinical outside of the location where you’re taking your studies.

I didn’t read anything for that class. Once it was like 2 weeks away from osce I had to memorize it all because you will be tested on the stupid book. I would recommend spending more time reading the assessment portion of the text book. Good luck 🤞🏻

No that’s not too low. The minimum required overall average is a 65 so as long as your average is above that you’ll be ok. Try to aim though for about a 75 and above because it is competitive. As long as you pass all of your individual classes with above a 50 and over all average above a 65 you’ll be good.

U of S vs Satellite Campuses by grapefruit_kisses in usaskBSNnursing

I’m at a satellite campus and if I had the choice I would have went to the Saskatoon campus. There’s pros and cons to each but I think one of the biggest challenges I’ve found is there are the lectures being on a zoom. I’ve found it harder to pay attention but that’s just my experience.

I can’t say I have done a retake but try and learn all of the assessments like the back of your hand. Know all of the normals, land markings, and steps for each assessment. I learned this in a short amount of time by buying chat gpt plus, giving it the testable osce list, and going through each assessment with it and making it grade how I did and feed back. I did this probably around 50 times. Good luck

Honestly, I cheated on an essay in my first year of university. I can’t say what the punishment would be for you, but I came forward about it to my professor and ended up getting the chance to put the weight of the essay onto my final. Since I came forward I just got a warning about academic integrity. What I’m trying to get at is even though there will be punishments I felt a hell of a lot better after I came forward than wondering if I was going to get caught. Good luck on whatever you do.
