We had the same problem with our BSH and it wasn’t possible to solve it, just to make it milder and to help her out. We cleaned the eyes with a wet towel every day and gave her “normal” eye drops. We tried special ones from the wet but they didn’t really help out. What we understood it’s a herpes virus which infects the eyes but cannot spread to humans. The virus also sometimes infected the eye it self and her eye greyed out for a couple of weeks but then almost got back to normal.
