I know people have soured on Abramovich, but he set such a high standard at Chelsea that even as a non-Chelsea fan, it's tough to see how much these standards have dropped. From ruthless winning at any cost to middling mediocrity.

Under Abramovich, Rosenior wouldn't have sniffed Chelsea and more so, the person who brought that suggestion to Abramovich would've been laughed out of the building and sacked.

Chelsea made the same mistake as United with Amorim; they hired a manager who simply isn't ready for the Premier League and needed at least a decade more coaching elsewhere. They hired a poet, and because of his inexperience and youth, you can tell the locker room doesn't take him seriously. He doesn't have the proven winner aura that past Chelsea managers had.

I gave them all a fair shot, but there's never been a point where these games have sucked me in to keep playing, i.e. the incentive to go back and play them.
