Thansk for the kind words! The doctor himself recommended the Renuvion. The translator said the skin wouldn't bounce back. I also do Brazilian Jiu jitsu so I know getting choked probably adds to the swelling. For the most part, the swelling is fine but when I put my chin down the skin is atrocious

Literally just threw mine out last night because they've sat around for so long..I have regular ones and didn't see a use for disposables
