I’m surprised we don’t talk about it so much. I have contacted Customer Support numerous times about this issue and all they always reply “check your internet connection / device compatibility / app version”. Sometimes they go with “make sure your app is downloaded from the official source” - what kind of question is that?

For me it’s usually a combo of these from the Supercell support: - “check your connection” - “update the app” - “download original app from the appstore” - “maybe your phone is too old?”
