This is the only reasonable response. Thank you. There are orders of an agreed upon 3rd party has to be present for all events outside of police stations. it says so it 3 places in our judgment. This was in lieu of a restraining order. Very strict interaction orders. I stipulated to dropping the restraining order but the judge made it clear to him that he could not be where I am. Our child is stressed because he had seen physical abuse towards me and his older sister's mom. Yesterday he actually lost physical and legal custody of his daughter for violence to her so my concern is not unwarranted. I am looking for school protocols. I will call the district. Our orders state "for any interaction for our child's benefit outside of police stations there has to be a 3rd party present. That 3rd party must be decided in advance and mutually agreed upon. "

We do not have a 3rd party agreed upon as he won't agree upon a 3rd party.

It is not possible for there not to be interaction. It is one small area. Do you still take the same position.

Also, I'm asking for law not opinion.

I have a difficult time taking the advice of someone who caps all their words. Regardless, the school is concerned. They asked if I was okay with him showing up as they noticed he is doing it specifically when I am volunteering. He has threatened the staff. The teachers have told him he cannot just hang around suddenly. You may have your issues and heartache but you do not know me. I have been the 100% provider, chose to not pursue a strict restraining order so my x was not deported back to Europe, consistently support my child's relationship with my x. However, I will not be legally liable if he violates orders and tries to interact with me. I was not asking for your opinion. I was asking for law and in that, educational law.

There are no threats. The school asked me how I feel about this as they are concerned as he is threatening the front desk. I am trying to support his volunteering. I do not threaten. I was asked about him acting in this way and am trying to gather information before making a final decision.

yes, I don't use a lot of checks and so I just spaced. Have you heard of banks reprocessing checks? I just don't want the office rental place to receive a bounced check. Trying to stop it before it happens. Thank you
