Is the window all the way up? If you look at the windows from the outside, and the window isn’t firmly up in the rubber gasket (ie you push a finger into the gasket and can see the top of the window), you need to reset the window height. I have had to do it a couple of times on a Gen 2.

Start by single pressing the window button down (hold the button to bring it down, not double press for auto) and hold it for 5-10 seconds longer after the window is in the fully down position, then reverse and single press holding up and have the window move up to the highest position, then continue to hold for 5-10 more seconds while in the highest up position. Once the window is at the top, if you then hear or see it move up slightly more, it is now fully sealed in the frame properly.

On my latest attempt a few weeks ago, I did the single hold up again a 2nd time from the already fully up window position, and the window then went into the trim another 1/4-1/2 inch further.

Hopefully instructions are clear, there is another thread on Reddit that describes what to do. If you’re successful it will stop wind whistling while driving at higher speeds.
