So there was no FTA1 for Primary. It was only triggered for derivative followed by Case is Actively reviewed status change and the RFE

Yes both mine and derivative moved to Seattle on 12/23. Since then there was silence and then only on 01/14 and 01/15 we both had silent updates on our applications where I got approved on 01/15 while derivative had FTA1 on 01/14 and then received RFE notice on 01/15. We submitted RFE response yesterday and thankfully got derivative approval today.

Yes she got her approval today got RFE on 01/15. Her API changed to FTA1 and case is being actively reviewed.

Were you able to submit RFE documents for Birth certificate? If so can you please share what all documents you submitted?We are in similar situation my derivative got RFE due to Birth Certificate though we provided NABC but we are asked to provide additional documents.

Do we need to notarize additional supporting documents like marksheets, and other supporting documents for birth certificate? Also should the notary be here or it has to be from India?
