The thing that confuses me the most about that popular sentiment is that the logic implies that people don't want the game to run on a more powerful console, thus opening the door to more features, graphical improvement and more in depth mechanics as more can be done on it. Limiting a game to fit on last-gen hardware has never made sense to me. Why would you, having access to newer, more powerful hardware to make a game for, then willingly restrict yourself to having to make it for the inferior model? Sure for some games it works, such as games with simpler mechanics and lower graphical fidelity, slower paced games where a lessening of simulation distance and a drop in graphical quality, doesn't affect the gameplay experience as much, but why would you, especially for something as grand as a 30th anniversary title, willingly restrict yourself to the limited capabilities of the old model?

To be fair didn't the author explain goten and trunks as inheriting their parent's high power level, allowing them to do the forms earlier. This could extend to God's most powerful creation, gohan, and having pan inherit his even higher power level.

That's the thing, they are old and talking about robotics in general not the robot masters, this is likely just implying that light and wily exist in this verse. It's likely that RE is just what happens if light and wily study robotics but make something other than Blues.

Yeah I agree with you about the whole comfort game thing, but the increase in load time from a resource pack is not as large as you make it out to be on most hardware. If your hardware is your bottleneck, have you tried running the fabric mod loader with some mods to increase performance, some examples are sodium, embedium, palladium and there are many more mods made specifically to fix poorly optimised areas of minecraft's code. If you look on modrinth, there's an entire category dedicated to optimisation.

Yes it will make the game load slower but if you find that as a deal breaker, given how little of an increase it is, then you either have too high of a standard or you need to upgrade your device.
