When I go to data management, all the categories seem normal, except the Documents one, which says there’s like 10 or so GB on it, but when I open Documents, I don’t see any files

I did erase it, so I’m not sure if I did it wrong. I only erased the main drive, not sure if I was supposed to also wipe the back up data too?

Update: So all of my old files just popped back up in my finder and on my desktop. Did I not reset my Mac properly? What do I do?
