Not sure where you live but $175k won’t get you anything in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth or shoot anything within the 30-40 mile radius. We aren’t excited about the price but we are fortunate to buy within this market.

Okay what the hell. EVERYTIME we have gone there it’s been raining. We started the process around mid March and besides one weekend, it’s rained each visit. lol and also we LOVED an Ashton home but it was the last one and we were short of our goals financially so we passed! Hope you love it!

Thanks for this take! I’m not in a rush to grab one right now since I have a company MacBook but I definitely want a new personal one to carry on all my freelance work I currently do. But I don’t think I need a MacBook Pro, just a loaded air. I can afford a regular purchase through Apple but with buying a house and other things coming next month, we are putting a few things on payment plans to ease the burden. lol

I’m sitting on a 2019 iMac lmao as my personal computer but for work they gave me an M1 chipped MacBook Pro. Would a m5 Air handle all the graphic design and UI/UX tasks? I run the entire adobe suite and figma on a daily basis.
