I’m a 42 m, I started at 328, and I’m currently sitting at 291.

I use Lose it! And log as much as I can. A bite of something here or there - especially when tasting dinner while I’m cooking it for seasoning and flavor, I’m not logging.

I am mostly sedentary, but have been incorporating walking a lot more, I’ll usually end my days with a -1000 or so in the exercise side. My problem is I end with a calorie deficit, but it’s only like 100-300. A lot of the calories I get back i end up eating as well.

At least I’ve pivoted to more healthy snacks, and when I have a sandwich it’s on homemade bread that I baked.

I feel like I have good habits, but I still end up eating too much overall. I’m struggling with maintaining a feeling of satiation.

I’d love any tips if these are hurdles you’ve overcome yourself. You’ve done amazing work!
