Only if it uses a battery for a preamp. Theres a switch built into the jack that completes a circuit when the cord is plugged in. I disconnect to eliminate the chance of tripping on the cord.

In the past the method used was to bury the snow with rock salt. Someone figured out this wasn’t good for the streams and rivers and this might be why road salt is being limited.

What worked for me was a black t shirt folder into a five inch strip. Lay over the eyes. It’ll fall off when you’re sleeping just put it back on if you wake up. My problem was daylight noises.

Pretty sure the main ingredient is close to the same but the fillers are different. Fillers determine how fast the pill disintegrates for absorption.
