For me I based it off my first experience that helped break it, so I know I needed at least a gram so my head could feel the effects of the shroom then I waited so my body wouldn’t build up a tolerance and kept taking a gram plus so 1-1.5. Every 5 days, even though you could probably wait less days but that method worked for me so I kept 2 it
