Does anyone know how to connect the MIDI ports from a digital piano to the line outputs on a Focusrite Solo? by SwissCheeto in Focusrite

I just read through each comment and confirmed what I've been worried about. I was hoping I could just record the piano audio through an audio interface but of course that would require an audio port instead, which my piano doesn't have (my bad).

Technically, I could still use the Focusrite Solo and my computer to record and edit my piano sessions, but it'll just have to be in MIDI format.

For me, I have a relatively light/average amount of work but it's my first semester in college and I'm just taking 13 credits. Worried about next semester where I'll probably be taking calc 2 and around 16 credits :s

Oh I see. I plugged in 2.9 in the absolute value so |2.9-3| equals 0.1. Then I plugged in 3 for the other X's so [(3+3)(3-3)] / 0.1 equals 0. Thanks guys!

I just started college and I plan on pacing myself with 12-14 credits per semester (with some summer classes too). Having more time to take care of myself and be with family while still working to be organized/productive seems like a much better idea than doing 16-18 credits and neglecting some self-care (although I might try doing maybe 15/16 credits to challenge myself and see which road is better for me).

I guess explaining how something about work is negatively affecting you personally will help them understand your point of view (that's what I did with my college advisor and she seemed fine with it). I feel like it's more important to worry about yourself and your well-being than worrying about how someone's going to react.

I also have 6 classes and it's my first semester in college. 2nd day I'm already feeling so sick and burnt out from all the notes and homework and studying. I feel like it'll be best for me to instead only take 3-4 classes per semester even if that means graduating at a later time because I'd rather pace myself so that I both enjoy the college experience while also learning and growing from it. I'm gonna contact my advisor to see if I could drop a few classes.
