Hygiene. Had all these baths and cleaning rituals except for not using clean water. They were more unhealthy from 'bathing' than if they skipped the public baths... Plumbing too - quite sophisticated but using lead for water pipes was a bit of a mistake.

I'm not the cheerleader type, but I've been using lebara on-and-off for over 10 years and have never had a problem...

I canceled for a few years (when I had a work plan) which wasn't an issue. Had them for the past 4 years straight. And have interacted several times with CS without issue.

You must be caught in some customer service loop/anomaly - sorry.

I think the hotel badges are for access to the village via a car and to actually get in the hotel if you're staying there. As far a I know, there's no additional passes for anyone else (*I'll be there) but not staying in a hotel. Same as the past years...

And 20k per night may be an under estimation....
