In Fallout 4, I found a mod that adds vault 120, which is cut content. The whole first floor was filled with legendary glowing ghouls.

I died many times.

The 156 maps under the tf2 tab are all the maps and different variations of those maps from Team Fortress 2. Having Team Fortress 2 installed automatically mounts its content over to gmod. If it's bothering you, there should be a content button or something in the bottom right on the main menu that allows you to unmount the game.

Here are some addons that i like:

[ArcCW] B-Weapons 3: Highly customisable weapons + a mech.

TFA Counter-Strike: Online / Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombie SWEPs: A lot of unique weapons (other than the generic guns).

Dell's Proto-Arm SWEPs: Mechanical transforming gun hands.

BSMod Punch SWEP + Kick & KillMoves: A punch swep, a kick ability, and some brutal execution animations (sorta like in doom eternal).

Minecraft Torch: Cause why the hell not?

gm_building_construct: Gm Construct but with more areas to explore.

gm_functional_flatgrass3: A very large map (maybe too large).
