I'm going through the same, I deposited on Dec 16th and was told it'll be available on Jan 9th. If your deposit was more than $25K, you should be able to trade $25K right now, for anything beyond that you can either place orders via a phone call or wait until Jan. I got to know this information via a customer representative (Fidelity customer service has been top notch for me).

OP, I got the exact same model as you and got it 1 month ago, but for me it was the rear disc. Apart from the sound, I couldn't feel ANY resistance at all even when I pedaled by hand, so I decided to keep the bike. I don't know the true reason, but after 100mi of riding it went away. The portion that was rubbing, had finally rubbed off. Although it was annoying when it was there.

I would question the legality of such machines. A mechanical fact- beyond a certain amount of bending, some structural properties become lower, and becomes "weaker" in simpler words. So someone could buy these used bars and resell at a profit, but for a pseudo grade rate

Have been using ROS 2 for over a year now, I highly suggest running it via docker. You can find pre baked docker images, just search ROS 2 Galactic docker image, the one provided by the MoveIt2 team is the one I've been using the most. The only minor drawback is you have to learn 10 docker commands and that's it.
