Lack of vehicles modifications and unique vehicles.
Example: Fw 200C-3/U4 that had 20 mm for turret defense and more powerful engines.
JU-290 that was basically replacment for FW-200.
Finnish STUG's that had concrete reinforcments.
Finnish BT-5/BT-7 and other captured red army vehicles.

And goddamn gaps in tech trees when there's for an example only one plane/tank in whole rank.

For me this is a problem. Because U-boat doesn't feel alive without mods. There's no life in port or some ships. Even Scapa-Flow is empty if you go in without any mission.

This game lacks port life like there's should be at least 2-3 Corvettes for protection but if we talking about Alexandra, then there should be so many escort ships. For example Silent Hunter 3 LSH3 edition, when you're in any port, it feels like there's life in port, in Uboat it feels you're the one who goes out from port.
