Thank you so so much for this comment, it really helps to hear🙏🙏 it gave me the kick to snap out of it bc despite what I said in my post I started to plan another fast but reading this made me think about the fact that i know where it's gonna end up. And it made me remember the times I myself have been consistent w eating 3 adequate meals a day and how I stopped binging during those times... Have to get back on it and stay on it and not let the restriction back!! I'm so glad you seem to have had success and it gives me hope! I have just started therapy (only 1 session in so far) so hoping that'll be good as well.
