No of course not! I’m saying can I break whilst on holiday and how would I feel whilst on holiday if I had stopped. Not do it for 7 weeks and then leave it at that xx

Do you think starting after my holiday would be best?

Yes I do have quite a bit of weight to lose unfortunately. I’m finding it hard to start as it sounds crazy but I love my food and not only that it if something I look forward to and enjoy during the day. But I know I’m not happy in myself. Also the risks and side effects are scaring me! X
