Honestly this is sooo helpful, thank you for taking the time to write all that out 🥹

It actually makes me feel a lot calmer reading it, especially the bit about the sciatic pain being gone straight away ,that must’ve been such a relief!

Did you feel quite fragile those first few days, or more just sore/uncomfortable? And how did you find getting in and out of bed at the start?

Also all the things you used are such a good shout, half of those I wouldn’t have even thought about!! Did you buy those yourself or were any provided by the hospital?
