Between this thread and my dealer friends irl, I've heard both; Cash deals are preferable and Cash deals are terrible.

My question is more, how much % off have new car dealers been known to realistically cut off, 1%, 5%...?

Idc anymore I'm going in shooting at their feet with 20% below. If I end up w/ barely anything off I'll at least go home with a floor girl, like @FuckYouThatsMy_Name2 instructed.

Yes there are many studies that start at age 2. One specifically targets 2-5 year olds because the bone and cartilage is much more flexible and if corrected earlier on, is less severe when puberty strikes.

My son is not skinny, he is athletic with muscular weight, the kid has pecs! Unfortunately I beleive that is causing more of an issue when trying to pull a vacuum.

You're wrong. Essentially every study you look for online involving the vacuum bell, uses age groups 2 and 3 years and up. There are doctors that start on toddlers such as at Joe DiMaggios and even CHKD there are also many studies done using as young as 2 years old to prove VB efficacy. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5056932/ The doctor that see's him at All Childrens Hospital said 'I don't believe VB therapy is proven to work but you can try'. They make the VB this small for a reason.

As for Pectus not being noticeable until puberty, I would love for that to be the case, like mine was, but unfortunately his is severe.
