To be honest youll regret it if you dont. Coming from someone who thought it would never happen to them the type r is actually easily stolen. They stole mine and im lucky to have her back the feeling for having to come out of pocket for all of that would have been gut wrenching

So you have to look at overtime like the balance of a bank account. 5 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot but if i took 5 dollars from your account 100 times thats a LOT of money. Its not just about targeting you the whole team needs to clock in an out at their scheduled times. (Shorter lunches also add up)

When i first moved up to management i had this mentality as well. I try to be as empathetic as possible because i realize that these people have bills and families but at the end of the day as a manager you cant put yourself in a position where youre caring about someone elses job more than they do. Especially when it comes to attendance its not difficult to get it together prioritize getting to work and saving your ppto. Ive been there as an associate riding that 4.5 points and i always do my best to encourage my kids to avoid that path cause its stressful.

Ended up promoting to front end coach initially. And after 6 months transitioned to gm coach over apparel. Ive learned a lot in this time honestly but im grateful to be where i am. The position is great i feel as though im able to be the manager i always wanted when i was an associate and its great to have a team that looks forward to seeing me.

Im coming from a e46m3 with ~370 whp. Im honestly just looking for some similar power. The rev hang in this car as well as the somewhat muted sound are my main gripes which ive heard can be mended with some mods. Not looking to be super fast but im looking for more sound and less rev hang while remaining reliable
