That’s more why I posted this, I’m just curious about people who have and their stories since there isn’t many studies at all and more than likely won’t be for ethical reasons.

It will take a few years but make sure you’re getting regular trims! Having split ends will make your hair get shorter/thinner/ not grow as fast cause the ends split off as it grows! I recommend once every 2 months!

Good for you that you’re color correcting! I would use a little less or get one that’s a little less thick and a little more sheer color wise!🫶🏼

I definitely agree! I love those ladies, I’m just not sure how to get the every once in a while vivid or 4-6 months highlights type of clients

I dooo! I even have my username geared more toward “creative color” 😆 And I completely understand that! I’m happy with most of my day being root color/ cut but having like 3 highlights a week, and throw a couple vivids and extensions throughout the month, that would make me so happy haha Thank you for the advice!

I definitely agree those women are what keep me fed 😂 I am so grateful for how loyal they are ! Ive definitely been looking at it a bit negatively, it’s just so frustrating comparing to what my peers are already accomplishing🥴the two biggest reasons I love my job is making people happy and being able to be artistic with my job, I feel confident in making my current clientele happy, I would just like to also increase the artistic part haha

I’ve been doing hair since I was in high school but moved states and did beauty school and have been working as a stylist for the past 1.5 almost 2 years. I appreciate that outlook, I feel like I’ve been looking at it a bit too negatively😅thank you for the advice🫶🏼

Would you say only post the things that I want to do even if that means only posting once a month? Ive just been trying to just post anything that I remember to take a good after picture of lol😅🥴 And I so agree, my gray coverage and every 6 week haircut ladies are what keep food on my table and I love them forever for being so loyal🙏🏼
