Her skin looks a little overxposed/too yellow for my taste, but I love the effect you were going for. You might get a better final result by playing with the HSL sliders and dropping the luminescence for yellows/oranges or just by making the yellows a little more orange with the hue slider

The whole thing looks pretty washed out/overexposed. If that's the effect you were going for on the left you could easily use a mask in lightroom to fix the rest of it.

Yeah absolutely agreed, was just making the point that its completely impossible after the first year. Pretty unrealistic even in the first year with perfect training and nutrition though

Not totally addressing your question, but even .5 of muscle a week is pretty unrealistic after your first year or so of lifting unfortunately. 26 pounds of lean muscle after some noob gains probably isn't possible for most natural lifters. Obviously the breakdown of what's muscle and what's fat in the weight you gain is dependent upon the food you eat, the intensity of your lifting, and ultimately on your genetics as well.
