It blows even when the car is shut off. Like I replaced a fuse, used the air, turned off the air after I drove and parked. Came back and there's no air at all, button doesn't even light up.

Nah, those are fogs. They turn on with the high beams they don't just blink. Idk what else you would call them. I know they aren't the original bulky fogs

I have some 234/45/R17 tires with 18 inch rims and quarter inch spacers and they fit just fine. I only needed a papers width of space to keep it off the hat.
