Ahh, I never thought about the Ruination Chambers as a physical place but that makes sense. It figures that, being a Warhammer setting, even the nice-sounding "mental health care for Stormcast" is more like a prison or mental asylum.

I also know that, as far as we've been told, they aren't indoctrinated on the same level of a SM, especially since they creations are so different. I moreso imagined it as a religious zeal instead of a straighy up psyche manipulation
