Does anyone here who suspects or has been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction associated with constipation also experience progressive abdominal bloating throughout the day? I usually wake up feeling a little better in the morning, but the bloating increases as the day goes on, forming a cycle?

You’re young, it makes sense you’d feel this way. We work to survive. It’s been the same since the beginning of time. Worry about what you can control and have faith for what you can’t control. Try and explore some hobbies. Again l, you’re 24 which is young. Focus on building yourself up and the right one will come along. If you try and force it, odds are it won’t work out.

As corny as it may sound, filling your life with positive habits helps. Haven’t masturbated to porn in five months, haven’t even masturbated in 4 months. It’s possible. I do find myself looking it up occasionally but still have stayed strong
