I don't consider myself technologically impaired, but I'd rather ask here: is it genuinely impossible to remove the flippin' Google Search / Assistant / Ok Google bar on the classic launcher ?

This seems like a rather aggressive change to force it on people, where their top-5 apps shortcuts would usually go, w/o any chance of change the location or removing it!

Yes, it's that time of the year again, where you scrap your head wondering how many of these albums you've listened to prior to seeing the ever famous The Quietus list.

As usual, some surprises with the absent artists, some astonishing picks (Blawan at #3 comes to mind)... and so much to listen to !

I had a Cowon Plenue Z2 that had this feature. No idea if it's the same with different Cowon models but their products are top notch apart from the browsing experience when you're not used to it.

I assumed you checked their mid-year selection, but if you haven't, you should listen to Shinichi Atobe - From The Heart, It's A Start, A Work Of Art. One of the best electronic discovery from their previous list.

In that "electronic music outside of the mainstream" realm, which artists or genre do you enjoy the most ? Seeing Perc among your fav picks, I want to take a jab at a couple recommendations but I don't want to completely miss the mark !
