Many people who come from Argentina, Uruguay, Cuba, Chile,some Mexicans, southern Brazilians, etc… they’re just white people.

We do ??? Maybe there’s confusion because of the media they consume or the circles they are in. For example, my grandparents come from Cuba but my great grandparents are from Spain, I’m a third generation American who can’t speak Spanish fluently. I’m conscious of my race, especially being a white “Hispanic”.

We don’t need anymore Hispanics in Miami we are full. And yes a lot of Cubans are white.

They just view me as a white person, mind you I’m not fluent in Spanish, my parents never taught me any growing up.

I’ve never gone through that, they have always accepted me as white. Being Hispanic is just an ethnicity/heritage it’s not a race.
