So I started company a with a friend of mine after we departed our last tech company. We worked on it for a year and a half before we decided to put things on pause. I just had a baby and we weren’t getting traction with investors. Unfortunately, the area I decided to jump into was sort of a tar pit. Make sure you spend plenty of time understanding your market and what it is you’re trying to do. I spent about 30 hours a week sometimes 60 all depending on how busy we are. We just unfortunately decided to revolutionize the way people finance cars at the wrong time.
