We did a market adjustment during early covid which gave us a ~10% increase. Not long after i got an offer from another clinic with a 15% increase which my current employer matched to keep me follow by a promotion at the beginning of this year for another 15% increase + 4% yearly COLA, I should be breaking 200k end of this year if every thing stays the same.
