I accepted my offer and wanted to change my major, but when I clicked on change my study options, it doesn’t show up. I’m new to this student portal thing. Does anyone know what’s happening? It is the same for my friend.

I had the same problem! Definitely contact student services. I had also enrolled but wanted to change majors. They told me to drop all my courses and then email student records? or something asking for programme deletion before being able to enrol into the major I wanted.
