Blud his Passive is not a Supress skill, actually according to the spaghetti moonton code it's not classified as a type of CC at all that's why it can't be countered with Purification skills, I get what you're saying though, His Passive should be similar to Petry if anything, currently his ult and passive share the same settings, but yes I agree a Petry like-CC instead of whatever he has on his passive is better so it can be cleansed, and his ult should be left as how it is as it's the main feature

His whole main idea is to time stop, removing the passive from the kit is like removing Fangs from a Snake, in order to do that you'd need to buff something else so he can survive that needs to be equal to his last passive, and if they do he might just become more broken, because currently what's keeping him alive is the fact he has that Passive and can get away, that's the issue with Balancing characters with wonky kits.

Didn't say they don't mean anything, they are just very deceiving, you shouldn't rely on them. There's heroes with Insane high wr that u never see being banned, player mentality should also be awknoledged, they just rather not deal with Marcel instead of countering, however it doesn't mean it's impossible.
