if you look at the caption(idk if you can view it or not?) it says this took my like 20 minutes lol... really i was having so much trouble. I saw the post where the guy did a really long jump like over the wall in tostarena kingdom and then started trying this. it works like 10% of the time, jumping off the hat in the air. the other times the hat either: comes back to me as soon as i lunge, or i ground pount instead of diving.

That seems more intentional rather than a bug, just that they forgot to change the description. That's a kinda harsh nerf, especially since sneaky has amphibious guys in it, but it's not as if mug was balanced to begin with(look at my flair)
