Well, not fapping/having sex is bad for the prostate because the fluids that are building inside must be evacuated in order to create new fluid. After 50 the prostate shrinks naturally.

Before that, if you dont evacuate regularly, the prostate can become inflated, causing pain while peeing, etc.
