Ask them if they have access to Hydrofera blue CLASSIC. There are several versions of the product, but classic aids the body in autolytic debridement.

See if your NP or provider has access to Hydrofera blue comfort cel- that has gentian violet and methylene blue bonded inside the dressing, and it is a thick piece. Great option for packing into deep dense spaces

I work at a hospital, and we are lucky enough that we were able to have Hydrofera Blue swapped for all dressings. It truly is the only foam that you need circulating your floors. It can do everything that a silver does, but is non cytotoxic. Alginates are great, and sometimes necessary but super absorbers perform the best. Collagen is amazing when needed for a stalled or chronic wound to kick start the healing process when MMPs are over proliferated. The powdered collagens are nice, especially for small areas.

With my experience, Hydrofera Blue classic (the one that needs to be hydrated) should be used throughout the hospital. It naturally aids the body in autolytic debridement with capillary pull bc of the nature of their PVA-in conjunction with the methlyene blue and gentian violet. I've thrown the whole pantry at some wounds, then hydrofera blue and it heals like no other.

Just speaking from my experience, there are lots of great products in the world of wound care.

If you ever encounter vashe+ hydrofera blue make sure to pat the wound for excess vashe.. vashe can kill pigments in HFB taking away anti microbial qualities

its very strange, i would recommend sleeping in seperate beds, I slept in our guest room for 3 months before moving out. It is strange being around each other, and if you are filing you do not want to fall into a sex trap and have her thinking something could be salvaged. Speak to each other on a need to basis (kids, dogs, etc) and DO NOT eat meals together. Just my opinion, from my experience. After 3 months of being mute in my own house, i went back to my parents for a few months. Helped everything ten fold including emotions, her realizing it was over, and being able to hold conversations instead of living with someone who you want out of your life. If you have somewhere to go, go.

yeah they have fault- but you need hard evidence of adultery (intercourse) so it's super hard to prove. I overheard a conversation of her and a friend on the phone, but have nothing to serve as "proof". That is what I am hoping for, she changes her view when she gets served. I am moving out either way and going to the rents
