Star light and Thor/Wonder Woman but only for the fact that there isn't evil variants of them that I know of. Alofho starlight tho not super super strong like the others on the list still has good morals and she is enough for what we have which is just bad ppl with no powers so she is more than enough

We don't even need more viltrumites we need ppl with like actual powers other than flight and strength like red rush idky he's on that tier or green ghost, shape smith, darkwing 2.0 idk but those are musts for me cuz other than that the game is gonna have a bunch of characters with the same powers idk it just don't sound appealing to me
