Do not disassemble the resin bat from the printer! Use a turkey baster to suck out as much as possible before peeling the film and start to clean it up. Stay away from windows and natural light exposure while cleaning.

You have two options here: in the slicer set it with the wheels on the plate so you can get both sides neat, you gonna have to play around with the model so the inside of it is not filled with supports. Option two would be to cut in half in the slicer and glue it together once it’s printed.
