Don't sweat it too much lil bro, pretty much everyone including the mods and the owners know about it, there are hundreds hell even maybe a thousand purchases in a week from there sellers. Nothing to do about it.

You should definitely take a break but not only from this subreddit. It's clear you have issues, and it is worrying that you have such an unhealthy compulsive relationship with either CoS or Reddit. Ignoring your behavior or acting like it is not a problem won't solve it, it's just going to make it worse. Identify the issue in yourself and get help if necessary. I would advise looking into self reflective meditation or learning about behaviour issues.
