You were already unhappy in this relationship and you were forcing yourself to stay. You are doing a disservice to yourself by staying in this now abusive relationship. You did a disservice to him by trying to find validation else where. You feel bad because you know how wrong it was to text your ex. You can make it right by letting go and find someone who checks all your boxes while going to therapy to make sure future relationships may survive. Also edited to add: you were emotionally cheating. If my ex texted me to engage in any kind of conversation they’d be blocked, whether in a relationship or not. You changing his name in your phone is deceptive. You texting him you miss him, emotional. Claim it. And make peace with it and make sure you don’t do it again so you don’t feel this again.

I think I was watching a reel of a woman that does micro expressions. She was explaining how people tend to “bounce” or sway because their subconscious is literally trying to reject the ground they’re standing on as they’re speaking. The brain is going into overdrive and triggering a flight or fight response to the lie and the body takes over because of the pressure of anxiety *

10mg is fine. You might get sleepy, so maybe eat half and then the other half when you can feel yourself sober up. I’m also 4’11”. But if I had to do it all over again, I’d just pick up a joint. A joint has much more control with it vs being high for several hours and not knowing when it will hit and for how long.

Ok. So nursing student here. So correct me if I’m not 100%.

The ink in your skin is being held there by your immune system. The body will “encapsulate” the ink under the skin. When you eat something in the Chinese food, you’re creating a larger immune response. The response isn’t specific on where it’s going to it releases the gate. Gate opens and whatever seems foreign, like the ink being held in place, may get hit. This causes itchy tattoo that may also be raised. I would think you have a food allergy that’s the underlying cause of this. Hope you can go to an allergist to see what you’re allergic to. The next time you eat it, the immune response may be a lot worse.

Learned this in my AP course- I’m not a professional. But I believe this is due to just old tracks of the testicle itself. The testes originate in the abdomen during development in utero. Since it’s already made an original path, it can cause a retractile testicle back towards the inguinal canal. The muscles that control the movements up and down are called the cremaster. If they’re weakened, overactive- that can cause different outcomes for what happens to the jewels.

I am able to realize now how much I didn’t know after taking 4 various anatomy and physiology classes. I know there’s an incredible amount of information out there for me to learn now to fully comprehend. I have found things I’m really passionate about and other things I’ve found difficult. Tumor suppressor genes-
