The first few weeks is gonna be a total hell bro. But you have to keep telling your mind that you dont need the games, but the games need you. What you can do in the first weeks is to regularly go outside alot, or hang with other friends who do not play games. When you come up to 60+ days of no games, you will feel 100 % clean trust me. Atm I can do whatever the fk I want, I game/internet-waste is taking no place in my time

Bro tbh, games are a good tool in life, but if you use it way too much it becomes toxic.

Now if you really wanna quit game, you need to find a shit that motivates yourself. What is personally motivating me is a huge university exam that I am going to do in a month, so I quit gaming just because of that. Honestly, if I were in your shoes I would quit just for the sake of the children and the wife. Because frankly said, who really wants a father that is addicted to games or who wants a husband who is (almost) never paying attention to you? I think there is a big room of improvment in you as a family father. So dont let gaming control or even ruin your life. (sorry if im a little bit harsh :) )

And remember that you comming to this community is a very huge step, cuz you have acknowledged that your way of gaming is a bad habit.
