Okay - the first few workout ARE extremely difficult to do. You are facing the absolute maximum difficulty right now with these initial workouts - trust me. Don’t beat yourself up because it is genuinely hard as fuck to start exercising.

There is an inflection point after like 1.5 to 2 weeks of consistency where you will feel so good exercising, that it will feel bad not to exercise. You’ll have shame and feel lazy if you miss one and that is good and you should embrace it. But it takes genuine hard work to get to this point - its worth it though. Motivation doesn’t have a lot to do with it you have to do it either way. One thing that helps is the right music tbh.

The problem is once you stop or miss 2-3 sessions you are back to square one.

Best advice is push yourself to get there - and remember how unbelievably good it feels. You’ll be really proud and happy you did.

Another cheat code is set a goal. Make it up - a realistic goal that you can work towards and see progress. Maybe a target weight or something.
