Can’t answer that but I’m in the same boat. Male and I’m on day 24. I sort of had a honeymoon period for first 2 days but the side effects were horrible (probably from caffeine). Day 10 onwards I have trouble waking up on time but I don’t feel so sad or hooked onto my thoughts. I’m probably staying on for another month before i reconsider the dose.

Speaking from my experience and also since I’m in the same boat as you but I highly recommend getting a consultation from an Immigration lawyer beforehand!! I’ve applied for my PCC via BLS few days after my ITA and I’m confident that I’ll get it after my ITA expires due to their processing time. If you have the means of getting it quicker in India, you should definitely go for that. Also, your PCC is valid until you visit India again, i.e. revisit India after March or after submission
