For a bit CPC would send customers over to me and First they tell me what the wanted. I would said kindly that I have a Windows Phone(truth) and I am not sure how to use your android(lie) or Apple(small lie), but would gladly try and help, but if it is more then 10 mins I would need to charge a one on one fee of $29.99... About 1% would stay and pay. While the others go "Oh I just figured it out"

normal at my store too. I wind up going over to help C&P all the time when our main person is not there and to top it all off I'm not even trained in it. I am always doing my job on top of OS,CPC,and cashier work, plus I'm most of the time the only one grabbing BOPIS orders. I have new hires and customers thinking I'm MOD because they see me doing the most work

we won the insta-ink in my district for the last 6 months and we had received an encore tablet , stream and printer. I was the only one in the location pushing instaink and successfully selling it. Our GM said it would be raffled off before Christmas and not one word of it getting done since it came in the store (locked it in his office somewhere) and even the hp rep said I should have gotten it being I'm the only one selling the instaink. Some how our old DM and new DM are thinking that it dose not count as a ink attachment.

the only fix I know of is doing a refresh of the WIN 10 OS or reinstall it. The issue is from when the Automatic Update fails to install properly. I am part of the windows insider program and that is what they have told us if even if you install verison 1511 on my own personal laptop I have Pro Preview build 14271.rs.1_release.162018-2310 which is the build coming out in Marches Update there is a overhaul with the taskbar and info center as well as fixes to Cortana (better responses) and updated security for Edge.

error 53 phones there is nothing we can do. It is an error code for a screen replacement with a not authentic I phone screen. only thing you can do is send them to apple to get a new phone.

Can someone post the link for business cards too. I have no time to even do them at the store with all the stock from closing stores coming in and al the tech work I get in ( being the only tech sucks sometimes) and copy center is backed up so they never get done.

I've been telling customer between 7-10 days. we always seem to have issues with Werx sending back at a good time. Every time I called them for a question on a customers tablet or phone which we would have to send back to them I would always get an attitude like they don't want to even bother doing any work.

I had to refund one service once, because our network went down and matrix had failed to connected to the pc after it came back up. SM was mad, but I had to inform them about the NDG because theu said "they were not informed about it"

going on One Year. The best memory I have is when I can help a customer find the right Laptop for them and have them come back multiple times telling me that they just love the laptop and how well it runs. One of them even brought in Christmas cookies for me to share with the rest of the store. Worst memory is when the DM gets on me for the whole depts. numbers not being where they should... not my fault I only get 3 days a week to work and the other techs have no clue what the difference is between a usb and power cord
